What is Vakka?
Vakka AI Oy is a Finnish company that maintains and develops demanding contract management solutions, particularly for security-critical industries.
What we are trying to do
We want to make contracts easy to work with and terms easy to find, so that time is left for more important things. A Vakka user should not have to rely on vague notes — the AI reminds them when something important is about to happen.
Why we are building this now
Contracts have traditionally disappeared into shared folders and DMS systems. And even when contracts are sensibly organised, nobody dares put them through external AI models. We want to offer a modern solution to that problem, entirely securely.
The team
Founded in early 2026. The founding team is Niklas Vettanen, responsible for technology, and Hannes Mattila, responsible for commercial matters.
The company
Vakka AI Oy (business ID 3621436-9) is a Finnish company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Conventio Oy. Ownership is entirely Finnish.
